Comment est-ce que tu résous une dépendance à une drogue ?

Etape 1 : comprendre les mécanismes qui se sont mis en place !

Etape 2 : prendre de la hauteur et être capable d'ausculter son propre cas avec un regard froid !

Etape 3 : si tu arrives à cette étape, 50 % du travail a déjà été fait aux étapes 1 et 2. Ainsi, il ne te reste plus qu'à changer ton comportement après avoir pris conscience de ce qui se jouait EN toi... ici la dépendance affective est plus ou moins résolue car celui qui servait à la résoudre n'a plus les mêmes attributs.
